National Dialogue and Awareness Industry Strategy

In fact, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s call for a national dialogue that includes all political spectrums has been widely welcomed because we hope for a real national dialogue, which takes place on solid ground, derived from the fact that Egypt is the oldest country in the region that has known political and parliamentary life and drafted constitutions that were a matter of pride before the world.
The national dialogue opens a space for communication between the ruling authority in Egypt and opposition parties for the first time since President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi took office in 2014, which is evidence of “the beginning of a democratic political movement in Egypt,” calling for putting Egypt’s supreme interest and national security at the forefront before any other consideration.
Features of the dialogue and its goals
Therefore, the president explained some of the features of the dialogue and its goals, and spoke on the topic of political reform, expressing his personal keenness on this matter, but the priorities were postponed in this matter, and now I say that we are launching it and allowing dialogue and discussion to all political forces without exception or discrimination, “he said.
The president specified that the outputs of this dialogue will be presented to the parliament and the Senate, so that the adoption or the required laws or further discussion in it will be of great consideration and interest, especially that there is a need for this national dialogue now, with the launch of the New Republic to be included in its vocabulary.
Therefore, dialogue has an undeniable importance to this day, when language is no longer an obsession, and this is shown by international conferences where more than eighty countries gather, each of which has its own language and beliefs. Ideas and discussions are exchanged in a friendly, smooth and understandable manner away from all conflicts, because the ultimate goal is to rise and prosper and discuss international situations and issues.
Dialogue in rational and peaceful ways is one of the steps to solve problems and complexities, what is difficult for you may be easy to discuss solutions with others, and this can only be known through discussion and exchange of opinions, visions and proposals.
Exchange of ideas
Perhaps we realize that one of the goals of the dialogue is that it contributes to discussing economic, political and social issues and finding solutions to them, exchanging ideas and discussing different opinions, which leaves awareness among the interlocutors and the participation of various groups of society and socio-civil institutions in the national dialogue. Therefore, one of the most important expected outputs of the dialogue is listening and putting forward ideas and opinions in a friendly and tactful way that unifies the row and ends differences. accepting the opinions of others with a open heart shows the awareness of its owner and this improves the relations of the national community in general.
Hence, the importance of building an awareness strategy in line with the call for a national dialogue to create an intellectual movement to reach visions, especially the relationship of religions with the homelands, to embody the eternal saying: religion is for God and the homeland is for everyone.
From this point of view, we can point to the effectiveness of professional Strategic Management represented by conscious political leadership that allows an effective national dialogue in line with the New Republic to serve the benefit of the Egyptian citizen.
To emphasize the role of professional management, we note that in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the National Academy for training was entrusted with managing the dialogue and continuing the approach of neutrality and complete impartiality within the framework of its organizational and technical role and coordination away from interfering in the content of the National Dialogue under the umbrella of the New Republic.

Decision and Future Industry

Perhaps one of the most important of these reasons is an inner sense, a realistic feeling of the effectiveness of the meaning and content; so I want to share with you the knowledge of what is the decision A decision is an act in order to move, that is, change, from the current state to a better one.
Therefore, we must realize together the types of decision-making, which are as follows:
Stereotypical thinking
Stereotypical thinking Traditional thinking in decision-making: problems appear as a result of stereotypical thinking in One direction One way/ One track without taking into account feedback.
System Thinking in decision – making: it helps to acquire a number of knowledge and skills for thinking systemically or non-linear thinking that helps to understand the behavior of complex systems, as it takes into account the interactions and interrelations between the parts of the system, feedback, causal Cause and Effect relationships, and their impact on modifying the behavior of the model.
It is certain that decision-making is greatly influenced by the current/ surrounding environment, so we had to be aware of the environmental situations of decision-making, which are as follows:
A decision within a state of certainty.
A decision within the risk situation.
A decision within a state of ambiguity.

 Increased uncertainty
Therefore, we can draw the following conclusions:
Historically, most decisions were made within the risk situation, now the uncertainty situation is increasing.
The rapid change in the economy, society, science and technology that ask the mind many questions and do not give it much time to answer them.
Changes that are rapidly pushing towards the abolition of borders, fences, sovereignty and the melting of the separations between the internal and external environment.
The concept of foresight
And then we find ourselves facing an important and urgent question: What is the concept of foresight
A participatory organization process that gives way to human creativity, in which information affecting the future of a particular issue is collected in order to conceptualize various future scenarios with the aim of influencing or creating the future.
It is worth noting that future studies never provide a certain picture of the future, nor do they provide a single future, they provide a number of alternative future scenarios, some of which are possible, some of which are possible, and others are desirable.
Future studies
Therefore, we find that the main purpose of future studies is to provide a long-term time frame for what we may take from today’s decisions and provide a long-term future dimension on the thinking of decision makers, moving from assuming one future and planning to deal with it to assuming several possible futures and preparing to deal with all of them. And it’s remarkable now.. Do we find it necessary and important to foresee the future And the answer, of course, is yes.
Therefore, the importance of practicing foresight lies at all personal, organizational, social and political levels, as it gives a perception of The Shape of the expected future, and the development of planned strategies at many levels, namely:
Setting personal and professional goals
Personal level: helps the individual to define his personal and professional goals, enrich mental models and stories about the future, provides him with knowledge that enables him to plan properly, and work to achieve his goals.
Organizational level: organizations need foresight to increase their ability to be aware of contracts related to future change, and to face expected risks. The social level supports the foresight of the future in the process of government policy-making, and the better expectation of future changes.
Political level: governments resort to foresight in the process of planning policies based on forecasting.

If this is the case in knowing the importance of future foresight, may we know what are the tools of Future Foresight.
Foresight tools are used to estimate possible sudden and complex developments, and analyze them to enrich the science of Decision-Making, Of course, one of the most important foresight tools used to estimate sudden developments and analyze them to make the right decisions is the following:
Trend projection: this method starts on the currently available facts and then predicts future events based on these facts, as this method helps to determine the starting point.
Expected scenarios
Blitz visualization: it is a blitz visualization, then the development of expected scenarios, and the presentation of simple and realistic alternatives.
Taking the point of view of the individual: some questions are asked to the individual to turn the matter into reality, think ahead through his desires and behaviors with others, avoiding science fiction. And modern technologies.
Awareness of what is happening: depends on the extent of awareness to look for and search for indicators indicating current changes and their expected impact in the future, or develop indicators of change through exploration.
And let’s talk the rest about the models of foresight of the future.

Knowledge Management

We are now in the information age, because we are seeing the rapid growth of information and knowledge around us, globally the amount of information is doubling every five years, and the power of computers is doubling at least every two years.

The problem facing us is not the same as in the past, the problem of lack of information, but the problem now is to deal intelligently not only with the huge amount of information available, but with the great variety of means and methods of transportation, storage and exchange of information.

Information technology has emerged to impose itself as a multi-faceted industry, and an indispensable means for a person at various stages of his life and in performing his various functions from decision-making, research, implementation, and even in his daily life.

Knowledge management
In light of the above, the concept of knowledge management appeared in the late twentieth century, which means the process of managing data, information and knowledge in organizations; in order to collect, organize, classify, schedule, Analyze, Store, add to and retrieve data and information, and provide them in appropriate and understandable forms for employees in organizations to benefit from them.

Therefore, we find knowledge management is the responsibility of managers and employees together, who should benefit from and be guided by knowledge, data and information when making decisions, analyzing and solving problems, when developing policies, designing programs and defining strategies, and when analyzing the internal and external environment of the organization to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats ( quadruple analysis model SWOT Analysis ).

The computer revolution
Contemporary organizations, of all kinds, are facing a wave of rapid transformations and changes sweeping the world today, foremost of which is the computer revolution, the communications revolution, and the information revolution.

The information revolution depends on advanced scientific knowledge and the optimal use of the information flow resulting from the tremendous progress in the scientific research movement, computer technologies and the internet.

Also, many modern organizations have become aware that the competitive advantage that they get as a result of relying only on technology is not a real advantage, as the real advantage depends on the adoption of the organization’s employees themselves with their experience and knowledge. Management has become one of the vital roles of the manager through the systematic use of data, information, knowledge, and the information and experience of the organization’s employees.

Knowledge management
Looking at the reality of organizations in the Arab countries in general, and in Egypt in particular, we will find that interest in the application or practice of knowledge management and knowledge management is limited so far, and this applies more to government institutions than the private sector.

Companies that apply knowledge management aim to obtain many benefits from it: providing better customer service, reducing working time and production, reducing expenses, developing a product, whether it is a commodity or a service, delivering higher quality products, enhancing flexibility, increasing the process of adaptation and compatibility with the work environment.

We can determine the importance of Knowledge Management in the following points:

1-helping organizations to benefit and learn from previous experiences and mistakes.

2-contribute to the development of the organization’s ability to creativity and innovation.

3-enhancing the ability of the organization to save the knowledge and competencies it possesses for fear of copying or loss.

4-enhancing the organization’s ability to replace old knowledge.

5-develop the right competencies and skills in the long term.

6-take advantage of the available knowledge efficiently and redeploy it to benefit the organization in more than one area and in more than one job.

Knowledge management and knowledge management
We may find ourselves facing an important and urgent question: What is the difference between knowledge management and knowledge management

Knowledge management is concerned with the processes of collecting, classifying, analyzing, storing, adding to, modifying, retrieving and providing data and information to the employees of the organization to benefit from them.

While knowledge management, it raises the slogan of no decision without the availability of the required data and information, no plan without the availability of the required data and information, and so on. That is, knowledge management is applied or practiced based on knowledge management that provides the data, information and knowledge required for knowledge management.

Effective use of knowledge
In the sense that knowledge management is the employment or effective use of knowledge provided by Knowledge Management.

Also responsible for knowledge management are computer engineers, programmers, data entry, data collectors and those responsible for the operation and maintenance of systems, while responsible for knowledge management are all employees of the organization, especially decision makers and policy makers, strategies, plans and programs.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a form of corporate self-regulation that is integrated into the business model. It is a voluntary activity carried out by companies to operate in an economic, social and environmentally sustainable way. It aims to take responsibility for the company’s business, and to encourage positive impact through its activities in the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public sphere who can also be considered as stakeholders. Many companies are also establishing a social responsibility or sustainable development department.
Currently, CSR is essentially present in all countries of the world, but views on it vary from country to country, depending on the performance of governance and the economic reform strategies applied.
Community pressures and demands
In some countries the focus is on searching for a business case, while in others CSR arises as a result of or in response to pressures and demands from society. In other countries, however, the debate is motivated and rooted in a moral argument.
Certainly, the gradual change in the role of governance has highlighted the need to elevate corporate social responsibility from work for a special, voluntary and charitable purpose to deliberate and systematic development work that leaves sustainable impacts and supports the socio-economic development plans of countries. Education, youth empowerment and employment projects supported by private companies have grown from simple philanthropy and donations to sustainable development projects.
Also, the implementation of social responsibility programs is not an area of ratification for society, without society, these companies would not exist, so companies and private sector institutions should not follow the idea of implementing social responsibility programs to emergency crises, and consider the concept of social responsibility as a general culture related to its survival and continuity.
Acting ethically
Corporate social responsibility is the commitment of these companies to act ethically and contribute to economic development and improve the lives of workers and their families, and it also includes working to achieve what is good for society and to evaluate the performance of companies The Egyptian Corporate Social Responsibility Index prepared by the Center of Directors at the Ministry of Investment, which is based on four main axes when evaluating companies listed on the stock exchange, namely: – Attention to human rights, the environment, the rights of workers, and avoiding suspicious transactions, social responsibility begins  From within the company (internal environment) and then heading to the outside (external environment), it is the responsibility of every company operating in Egypt, regardless of its size or field of work.
CSR has a significant impact on the following points:
  1. Employment: It is one of the most important sources of economic development. Companies hire individuals directly by hiring permanent or contract employees.
  2. Provision of resources and procurement: Providing resources from companies located in local communities may thus stimulate the economic development of the local community.
  3. Financial investment: Companies investing money on a short or long-term basis brings many benefits to local communities.
4. Philanthropy and community investment: This generally includes channeling cash and resources into activities that stimulate job creation and income generation in the community, such as training for employment preparation, affordable housing, developing and expanding small businesses, economic recovery, investing in youth education and training or promoting the health conditions of youth in the community. Companies undertake these activities by donating to community development organizations, in partnership with non-profit agencies and initiating economic recovery programs

Green Human Resources Management and the Presidential Initiative "Prepare for Green"

The term green human resource management has recently emerged and several concepts such as green employees, green jobs or green professions have become common.

The term green human resource management refers to the contribution of human resource management policies and practices to the preservation of the environment, by determining the directions and contribution of a company to the protection and conservation of natural resources. In other words, it adopts policies and practices that encourage green initiatives, by increasing employees’ awareness and commitment to sustainable environmental issues. Green human resources practices consist in integrating environmental management with human resources management objectives and practices.

Eco-friendly initiatives
The Green Human Resources Department can carry out environmentally friendly initiatives through a series of activities, including writing and electronic memorization, which reduces the use of paper, thus preserving trees in nature, and participating in the collective transportation of its employees by means of transportation, which reduces the use of employees of their car, thus reducing energy use, and environmental pollution, and can also hold meetings, electronic conferences, sharing and training online, flexible working hours, or working from home, as well as reducing travel rates, congestion.  pollution, and the concomitant waste of resources.

The importance of managing green human resources lies in promoting the global trends of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) to increase the chances of a just transition to a green economy and the creation of green jobs.

The effective and vital role played by the Green Human Resources Department lies in equipping and training employees, which helps to reach a great deal of benefit at all levels; employees, the company and the environment, and to provide a pollution-free work environment while performing their work tasks by developing their environmental citizenship behavior.

Improving competitiveness
There are a number of advantages that can be achieved as a result of introducing green human resources management into work, such as reducing the environmental impact, which improves the image of the institution / body / organization / company to the public, improves its competitiveness, improves productivity and sustainable returns for investors, and is also a response to government and global expectations for sustainability.

The Egyptian state has also paid great attention to the environment, as several initiatives have been implemented to preserve and protect the environment, including the presidential initiative “Prepare for Green”.

The initiative comes within the framework of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development “Egypt 2030”, and aims to change behaviors, spread environmental awareness, and urge citizens to participate in preserving the environment and natural resources to ensure their sustainability in order to preserve the rights of future generations.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of the conservation and management of nature reserves according to international standards, ensuring the preservation of ecosystem balance and maximizing opportunities for economic and social development. At the same time, the initiative adopts awareness of the importance of afforestation, recycling waste, rationalizing food and energy consumption, reducing the use of plastic, preserving marine organisms, reducing air pollution and protecting natural reserves.

Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Loyalty

People differ in their abilities, outlook on work, degree of engagement, responsiveness, and levels of effort. One of these abilities that some workers may have over others, is what is known as emotional intelligence, which has begun at the present time to attract the attention of researchers, and before them the owners of organizations and institutions for what will return to those organizations of increase and development in performance among employees.

Emotional intelligence clarifies the idea that success in social or professional life does not depend on the individual’s mental abilities (mental intelligence), but on the capabilities that this individual possesses, which is termed “emotional intelligence”; it helps the leader to acquire multiple sources of power, influence the behaviors and outputs of subordinates, and enhance their loyalty to the organization so that he can perform his leadership roles.
This is what organizations are looking for today.
Abilities related to emotional intelligence
Studies indicate that the combination of abilities related to emotional intelligence is what shapes cognition, guides the behavior and decisions of the leader, and determines his priorities and patterns of dealings with the environment around him.
Emotional intelligence has been defined as: the ability of an individual to monitor his own feelings and emotions, and the feelings and emotions of others, and to distinguish between them, and to use this information to guide his behavior and emotions.
5 dimensions
Emotional intelligence has 5 dimensions that must be present in every individual and group activity, including the following:
Self-Awareness: The individual’s knowledge of his emotions, the individual’s self-awareness and awareness of his feelings as they occur is the basis of self-confidence and is the basis on which the individual builds his decisions that he makes in all matters and life affairs that require decision-making.
Managing Emotions: which is concerned with how the individual processes and deals with feelings that may bother or hurt him, and the ability to deal with feelings so that they are compatible with current situations.
Motivation: It is the progress of the individual and the pursuit of his motives, and hope is considered a motivator, and a component of motivation for many individuals, which makes them stick to achieving their dreams and ambitions with determination and determination.
Empathy: It means understanding, while the previous three dimensions of emotional intelligence were concerned with the same individual, and what is going on inside him, this dimension was concerned with his relationships with others, as it means reading the feelings of others and recognizing their expressions through their voices, faces and even hints.
Social Skills: It means how the relationships and friendships of the individual and manage them well with others, community dealing with skill and competence, solving problems and conflicts and the ability to negotiate.
Studies have found that emotional intelligence positively affects the efficiency of institutions and organizations through the following:

Emotional intelligence creates a stable pattern of positive public relations between individuals and employees. This type of public relations affects growth characterized by the stability of its institutional methodology and the effectiveness of its management.
Emotional intelligence in groups and organizations affects the emotional intelligence of employees and individuals, where “happy” attitudes and feedback provide positive motivation and security for employees and individuals, providing an atmosphere for further growth and development.
Emotional intelligence affects groups and individuals in improving production, because of its ability to stay away from turmoil and work pressures.
The results of psych educational and social studies indicate that the impact of emotional intelligence on life success is higher than the impact of general intelligence.

Strategic Intelligence and Decision Making

Today, the world is witnessing radical transformations at all levels, which have made countries in general and institutions in particular seek to search for new methods and mechanisms to keep pace with these developments, in order to keep pace with everything new on the one hand and to maintain their position and continuity on the other hand.
Therefore, it has become imperative for officials in these institutions to prepare for these changes in the business environment, in order to seize opportunities, avoid threats, and be aware of what is happening in their environment.
New strategies
To achieve these goals, they are required to follow new strategies that enable them to achieve their goals, and reach sound and effective decision-making, by relying on what is known as strategic intelligence.
Strategic intelligence is one of the important and trending topics in today’s business environment, due to the rapid changes that have become one of the challenges faced by institutions, whose survival or demise is linked to the ability to keep pace with these developments, which imposes on them the appropriate decision-making process with the required accuracy and speed.
There are multiple definitions of the concept of strategic intelligence.
Strategic intelligence is defined as the process of creating roadmaps that guide decision makers to make the right decisions more consciously.
Tool for providing information
Or it is defined as a tool to provide comprehensive information about the environment and even internal to decision-makers in a timely and appropriate manner to support the planning process and strategic decision-making.

It is also defined as a method of governance aimed at using and protecting the strategic information of all economic agents.
It can be offensive when it collects, analyzes and disseminates useful information to various economic agents, and defensive when it protects the strategic information of the enterprise from all internal and external misuse and negligence.
Drawing the roadmap
In summary, we conclude that strategic intelligence is: the tool that aims to obtain appropriate information about the internal and external environment of the institution, then process and analyze it, which is followed by publishing, protecting and delivering it to its appropriate users, in order to draw a road map that leads decision makers towards correct decisions at the right time and with the appropriate accuracy and speed.
Effective strategic intelligence has 4 principles, namely:
1- The principle of participation: Strategic intelligence organizes the processes of dialogue between different people involved in the formulation of policies, in order to achieve compatibility between the different values and interests of all participants.
2- The principle of objectivity: Strategic intelligence supports the objective formation of different perceptions by providing appropriate indicators, analyzes and data processing mechanisms.
3- The principle of mediation and organization: Strategic intelligence facilitates mutual learning about the perceptions of different participants and their backgrounds, which helps in providing consensus on these perceptions, facilitates discussions within the organization and helps in resolving conflicts and conflicts.
4- The principle of decision support: Strategic intelligence processes facilitate decision-making and assist in their successful implementation.
The importance of strategic intelligence
The importance of strategic intelligence is highlighted in the following aspects:
Preparing leaders and helping them lead the organization by having different types of intelligence and employing them in adapting to new processes and technologies and providing them with the necessary information.
Managing the risks facing the organization.
Increase the ability of organizations to innovate in formulating innovative change strategies to elevate their current status.
Early diagnosis of opportunities and threats by monitoring their emanation indicators.
Analyze the future goals of competitors, know their current and future strategies, and achieve an advanced competitive position for the institution.
Understand emerging threats and give a capacity for (foresight) to allow the development of strategies, and manage the risks they face.

Corporate Strategic Resilience

Resilience is defined as the ability of a company/organization/organization to maintain key functions and processes in the face of stress and then restore or adapt to change.
The need for flexibility and adaptation to overcome unforeseen circumstances is one of the key strategic capabilities that organizations everywhere must adopt to succeed commercially, socially, and politically, yet most managers are unable to make the best use of the resources needed to ensure that their organizations are able to weather disasters and destructive factors.
Responding to changes
Strategic flexibility: It is the company’s ability to respond to major changes that occur in its external environment by allocating the necessary resources to respond to those changes and rethinking the continuation of the current strategy and modifying it or moving between alternative strategies to adapt to different ocean variables.
Strategic resilience can be measured in two ways: either through the multiplicity and diversity of strategies or through the speed of transformation of companies from one strategy to another, so strategic flexibility is mainly related to the ability to manage crises and risks, seize opportunities, avoid threats, and use resources in a proactive and effective manner.
Corporate leaders often fail to acknowledge that their organizations are vulnerable to disruptive factors and crises – and they pay the price for that day – their confidence and belief in their strategic emergency plans will no longer help them, and they are forced to act in these unprecedented events.
Adapt effectively
Examples of changes that companies are exposed to, and they must adapt to them effectively and as soon as possible: the entry of a strong competitor to the market, the obsolescence of the product and the emergence of a new better product, the occurrence of an epidemic, wars, economic sanctions, scarcity of resources, and change in customer desires in order to achieve strategic flexibility, companies must continuously survey the competitive environment, search for opportunities, get closer to customers, respond quickly to their interests and suggestions, get closer to employees, listen to their concerns and adopt their ideas. Keeping as little investment as possible in fixed assets and long-term contracts, moving away from hierarchical organization and strict procedures, as well as reducing the number of decision-makers are important steps to achieve strategic flexibility.

To sum up:
The organization’s strategic flexibility achieves dynamic capabilities, which allows it to respond effectively to the external environment, exploit opportunities and innovate, and thus achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.

National Strategy for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is exerting unremitting efforts to build Digital Egypt and reach an Egyptian society that deals digitally in all aspects of life.

Therefore, it works to promote the development of ICT infrastructure and improve digital services in government agencies, in order to raise the quality and efficiency of services by improving the work environment, providing support for the decision-making process and finding solutions to issues of concern to society, as there is a strategic trend towards transforming the government to become digitally interconnected by linking government digital systems and improving work within the state’s administrative apparatus to work efficiently, and to enhance the values of transparency, accountability and control for all work, all of which leads to improving the quality of life of the citizen.  Al-Masry by improving his living conditions and providing multiple electronic services that meet his needs.

A special platform for artificial intelligence
Egypt has launched a special platform for artificial intelligence to become the country’s official portal in the field of artificial intelligence, which includes the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, and all events, news and details of artificial intelligence projects.
It also includes capacity building programs provided by various entities and Egypt’s achievements in this field, as well as providing an opportunity to exchange views and experiences among all stakeholders, whether from the government or private sectors, academics and startups on artificial intelligence topics in general, especially those related to the opportunities offered by this technology and the principles and ethics of its use.

Governance and Development Aid

Governance has become a tool to present a new agenda for development aid, which will only achieve its goals through the application of the principles of governance, foremost of which are: transparency, accountability and efficiency, as well as attention to administrative reform and focus on the system of democratic values. Therefore, social scientists constantly emphasize that governance does not depend on institutions but through processes and procedures that achieve the desired results.
The concept of the term governance

5 steps to follow to create an IT governance model, which are as follows:
Start with the basics
The key part in this process is to identify stakeholders, likely the stakeholders: marketing managers, IT managers, or third-party vendors. Etcetera.
It is also important to educate stakeholders, board members and employees about the fundamentals of corporate governance, as understanding employees beyond governance and not having to comply with it will make digital transformation and the application of governance models easier.
Prioritize business goals and initiativesThe steering committee will lead this step, and committee members will be able to develop goals based on their areas of expertise/departments and then work together to determine which of those goals should have a higher focus on.

Design processes
Your organization can gain a competitive advantage if the right system for prioritizing and obtaining approvals is in place, a strong and efficient communication flow structure will help your governance model succeed.
Formation of committees
It is important to appoint the right person in the right place.
Clear and specific roles lead to less confusion when deploying the governance model.
Select committee members from different departments of the organization, and be sure to include an experienced IT employee in each. Project sponsors and PMO will play a crucial role by explaining the benefits of the new governance model and endorsing the project.
Communication & Campaigns
This is the fun part of the process! At this stage, management will need to sensitize the relevant teams to operations and committees.
Here you have an opportunity to determine how governance is accepted throughout the organization, it is important to know that employees will feel that senior management is not fully invested in IT governance.
The work of IT governance does not end once a governance model is established:
For IT governance to be successful, it is imperative to:
Stakeholder engagement.
Communicate regularly.
Create a culture of transparency, trust and credibility through the transfer of information.

The first stage in the excellence industry: It is the stage in which a team is formed within the institution to lead the quality of performance and develop its institutional performance, and this team must carry out the necessary awareness of the importance of achieving excellence and quality in performance, and it must build a supportive culture for institutional development with the support of the senior management of the institution, and it must also develop comprehensive perceptions and plans to achieve the development of school performance to meet the aspirations of its employees and society in general.
Self-assessment phase
The second stage in the institutional excellence industry: It is the stage of self-evaluation of the institution, and there is no doubt that this step and that stage is the most important and dangerous towards achieving excellence and the desired quality of performance within institutions, through the self-evaluation process, the institution can identify strengths, weaknesses, the amount of opportunities and the size of threats internally and externally “SWOT Analysis” in various fields of work, and the strength of self-evaluation also lies in that it enables each institution to identify its current situation, capabilities and different capabilities, as well as Its needs and requirements towards achieving excellence and the desired quality in performance, based on the reference of quality assurance standards. At this stage, the strengths of performance that need to be strengthened and supported to ensure their continuity are identified, and the weaknesses and defects that need to be developed and improved in order to overcome them and turn them into strengths as well.
Know the strengths
The third stage: the stage of determining the priorities of institutional development, in which the strengths of institutional performance were known, and the aspects that need to be developed and improved, and at this stage the performance gaps that most negatively affect the productivity of the institution and achieve its goals are identified in accordance with its vision and mission, and the reasons for these gaps are discussed, and appropriate decisions are taken with development priorities, i.e. determining the starting point in development and improvement, and determining the next steps according to importance, need and public interest.

Corporate Excellence Industry

The world is constantly witnessing successive and rapid developments that have affected the business environment and the status of organizations, as they are required to keep pace in their performance with the requirements imposed by these variables, so that survival in the market is no longer only for the fittest organizations, but for organizations that achieve excellence and are competitive.
Based on the role of executive leaders in organizations and their greater responsibility in planning work policies and decision-making, on which the organization’s success in achieving its goals depends, it requires the rejection of inherited administrative traditions that do not depend on advanced administrative thought, and are not compatible with rapid technical developments, and attention to renewing and developing the skills of these leaders and supporting them with the emerging scientific methodology in administrative thought, and successful experiences of applied leadership practices, enabling them to have a clear vision of the needs of the environment.  changing, providing innovative means and sustainable development management to increase productivity and move towards outstanding institutional performance.
Vulnerability to variables
All institutions are affected by the changes that occur around them. Therefore, it has become difficult for organizations wishing to survive and lead the way to accept the challenge of entering the arena of conflict to achieve organizational excellence.
The European Organization for Quality Management defined institutional excellence as “the brilliant practice in the management of the organization that leads to achieving results that satisfy various parties from customers, employees and shareholders, and the brilliant practice extends to a set of factors such as leadership that formulates and directs policies, strategies, human and financial resources, various internal processes, information systems and others.”
Objectives of Institutional Excellence
Hence, we find ourselves facing an urgent and important question: What are the objectives of organizational excellence?
Organizations in the modern era adopt the idea of management for excellence, and therefore they respond to many forces supporting excellence, and in general the most important goals of excellence can be identified as follows:
Improving organizational performance by raising service levels and deploying excellence management applications and principles.
Encourage and support competition and positive cooperation.
Raising the level of performance of all working and administrative personnel working in the institution, and meeting the requirements of the institution’s customers on the one hand, and society on the other.
Support individual and organizational independence and freedom.
It helps to understand the relationships of overlap and mutual influence within and outside the organization.
Maximize the capacity and efficiency of the workforce, and increase the ability to face excellence.
Balance activities and results.
Industry Excellence
And necessarily another more important question comes to our minds. How can different institutions create excellence and achieve total quality in institutional performance?
From time to time, we hear about institutions that have won a very great fame, for their achievements, for the fingerprints of success they have left on the ground, and for their distinguished and unique contributions and works to society, but have we ever asked ourselves: What is the secret behind the excellence of one institution over another?
The secret lies in the fact that distinguished institutions have realized the secret of creating institutional excellence, and followed its path, step by step, until they achieved the desired excellence and quality.
The organizational excellence industry goes through five stages and sequential steps until the institution achieves the highest possible level of quality of performance.
To talk about the rest of the next article, we talk together about the stages and steps of organizational excellence

Strategic Human Resources Management

The issue of human resources management is one of the most important topics that have attracted the attention of many specialists in the field of business administration, since the human element is of great importance, as it is considered one of the most important factors of production in the organization.

In light of the changes and transformations that the world is witnessing, in various aspects of contemporary life, many organizations suffer from problems of surplus or deficit at times of human resources in various fields of work.
While certain departments or sections in these organizations complain that the number of individuals exceeds their actual needs, we find other departments or sections that suffer from work pressure and are unable to achieve their goals due to the lack of their human resources.
This led to the increasing interest in human resources in contemporary organizations and its integration into strategic management after this interest was limited to a few specialists who work in a specialized organizational division called the “People Management Department”. Strategic human resource management, or “people strategy,” is about creating a coherent planned framework for employees to be hired, managed, and developed in ways that support the organization’s long-term goals and help ensure that different aspects of people management work together to drive the behavior and climate needed to create value and achieve performance goals.
The main objective of strategic human resource management is to address issues related to organizational culture, structure, effectiveness, resource matching and performance. It is noteworthy that the source of competitive advantage lies mainly in the strategic management of the stock of human and intellectual capital represented by competencies through the attraction, valuation, recruitment and maintenance of those human resources and competencies of high quality and quality in a highly competitive environment.
There is no doubt that effective strategic management of human resources leads to achieving “institutional excellence”, as it is an advanced human resources management system that clarifies the necessary mechanisms for selecting and attracting human resources and developing them and mechanisms for evaluating their performance to reach performance from the traditional performance culture of employees to the culture of excellence.
In summary, we note that the dimensions of excellence in modern management is the pursuit of excellence in the sense of achieving unprecedented results that outperform everyone who competes with it, and even surpass itself with the logic of learning, and that all the actions and decisions issued by the administration and the systems and events adopted must be characterized by excellence, i.e. the complete superior quality that leaves no room for error or deviation and creates a real opportunity to achieve the implementation of the correct work correctly and completely from the first time

Human Resource Planning Between Criticism and Analysis

Human resource planning is a process that identifies the current and future human resource needs of an organization to achieve its goals, and human resource planning should serve as a link between human resource management and the overall strategic plan of the organization.
Since human resource planning is the process of thinking about what to do, how and when to do it, it requires us to make a series of decisions that include setting goals, alternatives, possible options to achieve goals, and trade-offs to determine the alternative that achieves the best alternatives compared to goals.
The planning processes of most organizations do not best determine what will be accomplished within a specific time frame, but human resources planning must be integrated with business planning by allowing organizations to assess the current capacity of human resources on the basis of their competencies against the capabilities necessary to achieve the vision, mission and business objectives of the organization, and develop targeted strategies, plans and programs for human resources to address gaps such as methods of recruitment, training and development.  Including filling gaps in staff competencies, and making corrections as needed.
The primary objective of human resources planning is to ensure the best compatibility between employees and jobs, while avoiding shortage of manpower. Institutions need innovations and comprehensive quality that provide them with a competitive advantage, which is possessed and manufactured by human competencies, in addition to the need for competencies that improve the use of information technology that do not suffer from information poverty and maintain flexibility so that the organization can manage change if the future is different from what it is. Predictable, and human resource planning is based on strategies such as training strategy, recruitment strategy, compensation strategy, and performance appraisal strategy.
For strategic HR planning to succeed, the long-term vision must be clear and focused, so the main challenge is to get people to look at the big picture, and to exclude past and immediate events while developing the future plan.
Therefore, the interest in the development and development of human resources occurs to us excellence and institutional development in all fields and thus achieves the vision of the state 2030-2050, which targets sustainable development and foreseeing the future, so we note that the dimensions of excellence in modern management is the pursuit of excellence in the sense of achieving unprecedented results that surpass everyone who competes with it, and even surpass itself with the logic of learning, and that all the actions and decisions issued by the administration and the systems and events it adopts must be characterized by excellence. That is, the perfect superior quality that leaves no room for error or deviation and creates a real opportunity for the correct and complete implementation of the right actions from the first time

The Issue of Education Development.. Realistic Experiences

There can be no doubt that the results of high school students have mostly disappointed the hopes and aspirations of students and parents and even made a terrible psychological barrier with very negative psychological and moral effects on everyone, overshadowing the students’ future and their pure and future orientation.
In the light of what happened in the exam period to reach the results and totals that are completely unsatisfactory, we found ourselves that about a 25% percentage of students have a second role to take the exams on September 1, which makes us strongly wonder: – Is this the methodology and education development plan that His Excellency the Minister of Education wants??!!!
Does this meet the goals and ambitions of the Objective Plan for the Development of Education in the light of Egypt’s Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development??!!! I think without any thought that things must be completely reeducated and restructured in such a way that our children’s future does not expose students to breakdowns and thus have direct effects on community and captive peace.
As an Egyptian citizen, I am also very keen on the success of Egypt’s education development system and I reiterate that education is a national security for Egypt.

Why the Government Managed the Corona Crisis Successfully

Success in the crisis management process requires several factors, including the creation and development of a competent administrative system that enables the organization to identify, analyze and develop solutions to problems in coordination with competent competencies and work to make crisis planning an important part of strategic planning.
The coronavirus crisis is a global crisis, but in Egypt it is a national crisis.
What is the national crisis؟!!
These are direct threats and sudden unexpected risks that threaten public order, public security, and public health and are a crisis (Health / political / social / economic), hence it becomes clear to us that the elements of the national crisis(surprise / threat/continuity and time pressure)
Thus, any risks that do not include any of the mentioned elements are not considered a crisis, but ordinary risks, depending on their severity and effects.
Therefore, the concept of crisis management is a process of containing and managing sudden risks to protect public order, interests and property, how to face risks and sudden situations, reduce their aggravation and quickly control them.
And we can confirm that crisis management is a science and an art
* They are a science because they depend on me (a set of principles, laws, systems, theories, methods of analysis and planning).
* It is an art because it depends on me (personal talent, managerial competence, individual and collective skills).
We all had to admit the extent of the professionalism and professionalism managed by the Egyptian government for the current coronavirus crisis from a therapeutic and wonderful effort from the health system (doctors, nursing staff, various medical administration, pharmacists, “soldiers of the White Army”, a leading and coordinating organizational work to exchange information and communications between the units of the Security Command “national security”, food security, the army, the company, voluntary civil society organizations and the media to get out of the crisis with minimal losses.
It is obvious to us that the government’s performance in managing the crisis is a difficult test for leadership management, as leadership skills show the ability to act quickly and meritoriously and the ability to rotate the sharp corners of the crisis and the problems resulting from it.we find that the government has taken decisive and strict decisions in favor of Egyptians. we find that the recent decisions taken by the government, including banning the movement of citizens on Main Roads from seven in the evening to six in the morning for two weeks, in addition to extending the period of suspension of schools and universities for two weeks.. The role of the Armed Forces ,who assist all sectors in disinfection ,sterilization, virus prevention and the provision of food goods, detergents, sterilization and disinfection materials at appropriate prices to counter exploitation, and the keenness of the police to apply the measures and decisions taken, the closure of all commercial and craft shops from 5 pm to 6 am, including shops selling goods and providing services and commercial centers “commercial malls” during weekdays except Friday and Saturday, so the closure is 24 hours. Stopping all public and private mass transportation from 5 pm to 6 am and taking special measures on the subway to prevent crowding of citizens and maintain their safety, as well as closing all sports and folk clubs, youth centers, gyms for cafes, cafeterias, cafes, casinos, cabarets and nightclubs throughout the Republic, as well as suspending the provision of all services provided by ministries and governorates to citizens such as real estate month Services, Civil Registry, traffic licenses, work permits and passports, suspending air traffic for an additional two weeks, in addition to continuing to work in hospitals, medical centers and their employees in presenting Therapeutic services, as well as the procedures of the central bank came the central bank installments of loans and credit cards for a period of 6 months due to the “corona”, and the cancellation of fees and commissions applicable to POS fees and withdrawals from ATMs and electronic wallets for a period of 6 months to provide the necessary credit limits to finance working capital, especially the disbursement of salaries of employees of companies and also the Egyptian post the continuation of the disbursement of salaries and pensions from post offices.
Crisis management requires real leadership abilities characterized by courage, honesty, commitment and the ability to act professionally to reach safety.
From this point of view, we find that the slogan of Stay at home is the trend of the hour, according to which we avoid the outbreak of disease and injuries and find the wise policy of the Egyptian government in its interaction with the crisis to immunize the entity and qualify the state and raise its immunity to new crises, and draw lessons and lessons that we must master to learn to avoid the recurrence of crises in the future.

Policy and Crisis Management

Perhaps we are all well aware that crises are a phenomenon that accompanies other nations and peoples at all stages of emergence, rise and decline. From this explanatory point of view of the science of crisis management, we can analyze the current situation in Egypt in light of the fact that it is preparing for what may happen and dealing with what happened with a scientific methodology based on studying and analyzing the crisis and trying to get out of it with minimal losses and delaying the subsequent crisis if it cannot be disrupted.
The presidency of the Republic announced that President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi ordered the suspension of studies at universities and schools for two weeks starting tomorrow, Sunday, March ١٥, as part of the comprehensive state plan to deal with any possible repercussions of the emerging coronavirus. She added that the president directed the allocation of ١٠٠ one billion pounds to finance the Comprehensive Plan and its precautionary measures.
Prime minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly held a press conference in which he announced the suspension of sports activities in clubs to reduce mixing as a preventive measure to limit the rapid spread of the coronavirus, and in a related context, the Ministry of interior was directed to close private lessons centers along with the decision to suspend classes for two weeks as a kind of preventive and precautionary measure to prevent the mixing process.
The Coptic Orthodox Church issued a media statement in which it decided to suspend all church services at different age levels in solidarity with the directives of the president of the Republic to suspend studies in schools and universities while reserving the holding of divine masses.
The endowments decided to close all the shrines during the period of the suspension of the study.
Truly, the most beautiful characteristic of a skilled leader is choosing the timing of making the right decision commensurate with the size of the crisis and moving forward in finding appropriate and realistic solutions that he realizes and interacts with far and wide, which serves as a lifeline to cross the crisis.
God saved Egypt and its people, and God protected Egypt from the evil of epidemics and diseases.

Enemies of the Homeland use Fourth-Generation Wars to Dismantle Egyptians

The fourth generation wars are a battle of mind control and psychological deception.
Essam added that the enemies lurking in the homeland are using the fourth generation wars in their different forms, methods, objectives and using different means, pointing out that the secretariat is working on preparing a plan to spread awareness and face challenges.
He pointed out that the secretariat is working in continuous awareness campaigns for the masses of the Egyptian people so as not to fall behind the tendentious methods that would break the interdependence of Egyptians and weaken their confidence in state institutions, so preserving the capabilities of the homeland and the integrity of its territory is a necessity that cannot be divided into two.

Effective Performance Management for Government Institutions

Contemporary management thinking proceeds from the fundamental fact that the emergence, continuation and growth of organizations, as well as their decay, collapse and demise are all determined by the action of market forces.
The distinguished management starts from the market and ends with the market, and then the main goal of the management is to secure for itself a competitive position in the market by providing products or services to customers that satisfy their desires and surpass what competitors offer; also, the criteria of demand, supply, competition forces and market conditions represent the basic indicators for planning and building work programs in a new business organization, and therefore this requires mobilizing resources and pooling energies in order to achieve achievements beyond what competitors achieve, as this leads to achieving integration and interaction between material, human and information resources and reaching better levels of outstanding performance and achievements and the development of each resource to the maximum levels  Effectiveness and productivity.
It is remarkable that the system of contemporary administrative thought includes key concepts, the most important of which are :
Performance Management Performance Management, which is considered as a collective work charter for Team work Teams as a means to mobilize, coordinate and invest the intellectual and mental energy and practical experiences of individuals and a guide to achieving achievements in work that an isolated individual does not have equal opportunities to achieve, and in this framework, contemporary management invests information and communication technologies in connecting work teams, achieving different societies, which makes it important to rely on job opportunities.
The contemporary managerial intellectual is deeply convinced of the importance of intellectual abilities and mental energies of human resources “intellectual capital” and “human capital” and the inevitability of positive investment and employment, hence the importance of compliance of all human resources management processes with comprehensive quality rules and standards has emerged the need to design a strategy for the preparation, management and development of human resources and evaluation and accounting for results, achievement, deepening and documenting the interest of leaders Senior management of human resources development issues and raising the organizational and administrative level of those responsible for them.
Contemporary managerial thought adopts the philosophy of strategic alliances to achieve “short-term” tactical goals, and “long-term” strategic goals to face the difficulties arising from the conditions of globalization, the technical revolution and competition, the most important of which is the difficulty of individual work .therefore, it has become imperative that performance management systems be interconnected and integrated with strategic alliances to mobilize joint efforts and coordinate decisions to ensure the formation of greater competitive capabilities for allies that puts them in a better competitive position for groups and individual organizations. this alliance creates a new reality that requires the formulation of organizational structures, work systems, restructuring of human resources and others so that an entity emerges from within this alliance coherent, integrated and effective.
